These Terms govern your access to and use of Utilizap’s website, application, and related services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Utilizap (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using Utilizap, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3) Description of Services

Utilizap provides tools that enable users to interact with blockchain networks (including Solana) to send, receive, and view digital assets such as USDC. Utilizap does not custody funds, hold private keys, or control blockchain transactions.

4) Non-Custodial Wallet Disclaimer

Utilizap is a non-custodial platform. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. Utilizap cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Double-check all addresses and amounts before sending funds.

5) User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or prohibited activities.
You will not attempt to interfere with or compromise platform security.
You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6) Prohibited Uses

Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Exploiting or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities
Violating sanctions or applicable financial regulations

7) Fees

Utilizap may display or charge fees for certain features in the future. Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are determined by the network and are not controlled by Utilizap.

8) Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party wallets, protocols, or providers. Utilizap is not responsible for third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, security, or performance.

9) No Financial Advice

Nothing on Utilizap constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

10) Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that blockchain technology involves risk, including but not limited to volatility, smart contract failures, regulatory changes, and technical issues.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utilizap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Utilizap from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13) Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the platform and users.

14) Modifications to Services or Terms

Utilizap may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
