UTILIZAP FAQ
Common questions about Phantom, buying, swaps, fees, and staying safe.
You’ll need the Phantom Wallet (mobile app or browser extension) to hold SOL/USDC and interact with Solana swaps. Phantom is the recommended wallet for the UTILIZAP experience.
Yes — you need a small amount of SOL for network fees. Even if you’re swapping USDC → UTILIZAP, Solana transactions require SOL to process.
Always use official links on utilizap.io and verify the mint/contract address matches the one shown on this site before swapping. Avoid random links, look-alike tickers, and “airdrops” from unknown sources.
Slippage is the allowed price movement while your swap executes. In normal conditions, a low slippage setting can reduce bad fills, but if liquidity is moving fast, too-low slippage may cause failures. If you’re unsure, start small and adjust carefully.
Sometimes tokens take a moment to display. You can search for UTILIZAP in Phantom or add it by pasting the official mint/contract address. Also confirm your swap completed and you’re on the Solana network.
UTILIZAP is designed to be non-custodial. Your funds stay in your wallet, and you approve transactions directly in Phantom. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.
You can send tokens on-chain anytime. The UTILIZAP vision is to make sending USDC feel Venmo-simple with a clean UX, confirmations, and “pay link / QR” style flows.
Use official links, verify the contract, start with a small test swap, and beware of DMs offering “help.” UTILIZAP support will never ask for your recovery phrase.
